✅ In this session which held by participation of some students of universities, Dr Zamirian after presenting a brief of previous sessions, Asked Dr Ahmad Mahdeyan to analyise future social change based on the statement of the second stages of the Islamic revolution.
⬅ Mr Mahdeyan, PhD in Futures Studies, after thanking great supreme leader for the idea of this statement, indicated that it is effective as the statement of the Islamic revolution success, devise statement of Imam Khomeini PBU and letters of infallible imams.
↙ He further criticized the principle of the statement and its proponents, inspired by the recommendations of the Supreme Leader for freedom of thought and view exchanges.
◀ Based on Dr Ahmed’s viewpoint, futurist, the dominant aspect of this statement is policy making and expressing values, although in some cases, such as knowledge development, the way is shown, in general, it can not be regarded as a vision, strategy, and action plan.
Those who say that we are executing this statement are inadvertently seeking to undermine leadership and ineffectiveness in his statements because there is no strategy for, for example, promoting justice or the participation of young people, and only explains such Values that should be considered in the path of progress of the country.
⏪ For example, despite the value of justice in the Islamic Republic of Iran, if someone complains to a judge or an authority that there is a failure to comply with justice, these kinds of claims will be rejected, and they will say it is not your business and you can only Claim your rights according to the law, while in many cases, based on the customary law, privileges are given to people beyond the laws, and others who claim these privileges will not address it to any authority.
↩ In fact, this statement merely emphasizes the goodness of justice, and do not show its prospects, and the road to justice, or the implementation plan for its realization.
↕ Also, Dr Ahmad in response to a question by a student who described the government as ineffective and, according to the statement, called for the role of youth, said:
🔄 In the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the government is a result of popular elections, and %80 of the economy is directly state-owned, and most people are in some way involved in the government, so the government’s ineffectiveness is related to how people choose the government through parliamentary elections etc., and how the people act as personnel of the government, and the parties to the state treaties, therefore, separating people from the state can be an unforgivable mistake to mislead people and prevent fundamental changes.
⤵ Ahmad Mahdeyan, PhD in Future Studies, Pointing to the first line of this statement on the great revolution of the Iranian people, said that the persistence of the revolution requires the highlighting of the prospect and the identification of the current weaknesses, because we need to identify the distance between the present and utopia in order to make changes.
♻ Further, based on the future time formation model, more explained the future social changes based on the global megatrends trends of technological change and climate, which will promote the emergence of new humans in the future, and responded to the other questions of the participants.
